The Digital Enterprise (DE) Change Management (CM) representative will provide support to the Columbia and Virginia programs by delivery and maintenance of tools and processes. This will include process and software requirements/definitions to support the end to end change process which integrates business needs and change products within all value streams.
The Change Management representative would support:
- Assist with developing consistent TA/BA process, procedures and tool capabilities across D&E disciplines, Materials, Planning, QA and ECM.
- Assist with communication and training of Digital Enterprise software & process changes.
- Help defining and communicating best practices across D&E disciplines.
- Assist with developing Change Process and Tool requirements.
- Tracking and statusing Process and Tool progress.
- Assisting with Metric reporting and targeting metric improvement areas based on implemented process/tool changes.
- Testing of new software capabilities and status all CR’s and Task’s to closure.
- Supporting & coordinating business case development for new TA tasking improvements.
- Support mapping and updating procedures to support process improvements and/or software changes for the Columbia and VA VPM Change process.
- Evaluate existing CLB process and modify or create new capability to support VA VPM change within the TeamCenter tools.
