The position entails working with a small team of text processors supporting approximately 60 Writers and Editors assigned to develop, update, and issue component and ship system technical manuals. Other tasks include typing correspondence and transmittals, as well as maintaining MS Word templates.
Candidates must be able to adapt as the workload and position requirements change.

The successful candidate will be extremely organized and possess excellent interpersonal skills, team commitment, and the ability to work well with others. Willingness to learn and to assist with issues using independent judgment, ingenuity, creativity, and sound decision-making skills are necessary for this role. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of correspondence formatting and experience with PC applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are necessary to be successful in this role.
