The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible to provide supervision for D964’s Facilities Engineers and Manufacturing Reps. Responsibilities will include development and execution of Capital Projects, repair of facility systems and infrastructure, maintenance of facility equipment and utilities, development of long term facility support plans, on-call technical support, response coordination for emergent facility issues, subject matter expertise for facility and construction issues, and oversight of facility vendors.
- Candidate will coordinate and direct the efforts of the staff providing planning, budgeting, and work prioritization, as well as, technical oversight
- A high degree of technical knowledge and experience in areas of construction management, capital project development, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering is critical
- A basic understanding of OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, building codes, etc. is essential
- Superior written and oral communications skills will be necessary to interact with state and federal agencies, as well as internal customers (Operations & Trades, Legal, Environmental, IH, Safety, etc.).
- Independent decision making is required
