The purpose of this role is to support the Managers of Ship Control Engineering in execution of Ship Control tasks. This position requires administrative performance at the highest levels. Job functions include coordination of high-level customer meetings including readiness reviews for system deliveries to construction and test events, presentation preparation, administration of electronic data processing, scheduling meetings and developing agendas, tracking actions to closure, and support internal and external correspondence. The position requires excellent communication with all levels of management, numerous customers, suppliers and sites. Overtime is required as necessary to support the business or program needs.
They must possess exceptional attention to detail, administrative and organizational skills, and be capable of coordinating multiple tasks, to include assisting in coordinating office services, such as group records budget preparation and progressing information to aid supervisors’ budget progressing management and scheduling. Retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports, to include group supervisory reports and attend meetings to record minutes.
