This position is located in Puget Sound, WA
The AIT Lead will provide direct support to the Modernization Program Manager (D684) and the Site Manager for ensuring accomplishment of established Maintenance and Modernization Program goals.
In this role the selected candidate will function as the Alteration Installation Team (AIT) Lead per NAVSEA TS9090-310 and be responsible for the overall planning and execution of projects. The alteration planning responsibilities will include; MOA development and routing to include the services request, schedule and metrics development, Readiness Review creation and execution, and Manning plan as a minimum.
Duties required during the execution of Alteration will include; performing the role as AIT Lead, keeping the Program Manager and Site Manager informed of schedule progress, as well as any issues that are impacting schedule, and developing/leading a Project Status Report meeting to be held as directed by the Site Manager.
In this role the selected candidate will be the primary EB point of contact for the AIT Manager, OSIC, LMA and other government activities.
