Learning and Development Rep (QP) – RI Adult Pipelines
This position reports to the QP Chief of Training and is responsible for oversight of the effective coordination and delivery of trade training programs at our offsite training locations.  
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
 
- Scheduling
 - Liaison between off-site locations and EB staff
 - Safety Oversight Including weekly safety observations and safety breakdowns with employees and Conduct weekly mock-up accident/Injury scenarios based on previous situations
 - Timekeeping for all off-site employees
 - Oversee: Attendance/Tardiness issues, Testing scores, General classroom rules, Counseling role for setting up and executing success plans for off-site employees
 - Instructor Engagement (ensuring curriculum is being followed) - Contact between instructor and EB curriculum development team
 - ALC/PD engagementCapacity Charting
 - New Instructor Orientation
 - Attend first day and graduation days for new hires
- 1st day orientation with all initial information and FAQs
 - Collect and review all final grades
 - Communicate employee performance (competency reports)
 - Conduct exit surveys
 - Prepare and deliver exit packets for GAP training
 
 
- Communicate to operations supervisors about incoming new hires
 - Maintain hiring and training databases for new hires
 - Develop, maintain, and update various reports as needed
 - Complete injury reports and supervisor questionnaires
 - Act as resource for daily questions from employees and staff
 - Work effectively with HRBP organization
 - Preform any other day to day duties and projects assigned
 - Ability to work all 3 shifts as needed
 - Ability to travel daily to all offsite locations
 - Ability to develop and execute long range goals and objectives; self-initiate work assignments
