Overview

Join our Supply Chain Administrative Team. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Training, Compliance, and AUKUS Supply Chain teams.  

 

This position is in the Kings Highway facility and will be in office up to five days a week. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Admin Tasks:

  1. Formatting of Customer Letters to support the Buying and Compliance Team
  2. Submitting  IT Tickets for the onboarding of new hires
  3. Scheduling,  coordinating, and documenting attendance for training sessions for all D330 employees
  4. Ordering of supplies for the department(s)
  5. Maintain meeting minutes for Supply Chain Managers

Qualifications

 

Required:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word 
  • Experience with data input and strong attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Outlook, Experience in office administration/office management, Experience using Adobe Acrobat Full Edition (not just Acrobat Reader)
