- Portfolio Planning which includes categorizing projects, evaluating projects, prioritizing projects, balancing project portfolios/programs, selecting the projects to fund, determining funding strategies, and authorizing selected projects.
- Strategic Planning and alignment with EB business functional areas' critical business needs.
As the team expands in size and responsibility, the organization is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the EBIT PMO leadership team as EBIT PMO Supervisor. In this role, the EBIT PMO Supervisor will be responsible for leading teams of project and portfolio managers responsible for the performance and delivery of IT projects, programs, and portfolios.
