Overview

Job Description:

A Supply Chain & Logistics Business Analyst is responsible for identifying, evaluating, designing, testing, and implementing IT system changes and process improvements. Activities may include process analysis, system analysis, research of leading practices, issue identification, solution development & recommendation, collaboration with technical teams, test script authoring and execution, end user training, and job aid management.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ Years working with Supply Chain Processes
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Visio/PowerPoint)

Preferred

  • 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions
  • Experience capturing business requirements, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, testing, training, and implementing solutions with Oracle ERP
  • Experience with Oracle EBS Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Planning, Receiving and Supply Quality Modules
  • Strong Oracle EBS expertise
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence

Skills

Technical Skills:

 

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (excel & SQL)
  • Experience with ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP) & BI Tools (i.e. PowerBI)
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (Demand forecasting, Procurement)
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Visio/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to gather and document business processes and requirement

 

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel

 

Soft Skills:

  • Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability and proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
