The Maintenance Manufacturing Rep will maintain operational status of Robotic Production Assets onsite by: creating and executing preventative maintenance practices, becoming an SME for robotic troubleshooting and repairs, sourcing spare and repair parts through vendor interactions, utilizing CMMS tools to maintain records of repair and service.

The Maintenance Manufacturing Rep is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining robotic welding and cutting systems.
- This Rep will primarily be working on Government Owned (SPR) Robotics equipment.
- This Rep reports directly to the Maintenance Team and must possess the ability to maintain relationships with Production, Robotics Engineering and vendors.
- Well-trained technician experienced with PLC and electrical troubleshooting and the capability to address day-to-day issues.
- Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems
- Assist in developing and evaluating new technologies or methods (mechanics, hydraulics, algorithms, software, etc.).
- Ability to work with others and independently in a fast paced environment is crucial.
- Willingness to further one’s knowledge base and skill-set in a growing company with specialized equipment is necessary.
- Ability to follow procedural compliance and engineered procedures
