Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be 18 years of age or older (may be a 2026 graduating high school senior)

• Engineering - Requires a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering
• IT - Requires a Bachelor's Degree
• Supply Chain - Requires a Bachelor's Degree
• Operations Supervisor - Requires at least 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, trades, military, or similar

Preferred:

• Vocational, Technical, and Community Colleges or Apprentice program diploma or certificate
• Military experience
• Clubs, sports, or extracurricular activity participation in school
• Previous or current experience in applicable role
