The Chief of Employee Engagement role is responsible for leading a team dedicated to fostering a positive, productive workplace by developing strategies to improve communication, retention, and overall job satisfaction for Quonset Point hourly employees. This position will partner with Quonset Point leadership team and work at the deck plate level, with a specific focus on employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure employees are informed about company updates and initiatives by having a structured communication program
- Oversee, develop and improve employee recognition programs
- Support new hire onboarding and promote professional growth opportunities
- Actively listen to employees through lunch with leadership, focus groups, and 1-on-1s to identify needs and improve morale
- Strong deck plate presence to promote and establish a positive employer-employee relationship
- Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives with the focus to improve retention across the facility
