This position is for a Contract Analyst to support the administration of contracts and subcontracts across multiple classified programs, including engineering services and design efforts. The selected candidate will evaluate Government Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and contract Terms and Conditions. Responsibilities span the full contract lifecycle, including proposal development, negotiation, reporting, change management, and closeout. The successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with T5 investigation and counterintelligence scope polygraph.
The Contract Analyst must be able to work independently while collaborating closely with internal partners such as Cost Estimating, Purchasing, Finance, and Legal. Work will be performed on-site within restricted areas, therefore, flexible or remote work arrangements are limited.
Required Qualifications
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with T5 investigation and counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree, or at least 4 years of experience in contract or subcontract administration
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid financial analysis and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with counterintelligence scope polygraph
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering and negotiating various contract and subcontract types, including Cost Reimbursement with incentives and Firm Fixed Price
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and related U.S. regulations
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations to resolve complex contractual issues
• Prepare, negotiate, certify, and adjudicate contract and subcontract proposals
• Develop proposal assumptions, conditions, and recommended updates to contract language
• Draft negotiation documentation, disclosures, and supporting materials
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, FAR, Cost Accounting Standards, and other applicable regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract actions
• Identify and resolve contract issues; track incentives, milestones, and performance requirements
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and support special projects aligned with business objectives
• Occasional business travel may be required
