Overview

Position Summary:

The Program Representative provides administrative, coordination, and logistical support to the Turbine Generator (TG) Set Group and associated program leadership. This role is designed for a candidate with strong technical familiarity but without engineering disposition authority. The Program Representative improves program efficiency, maintains key trackers, supports vendor and internal coordination, and ensures timely preparation and communication of program-level information.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track and log VTDXs to ensure accurate visibility and timely follow up.
  • Maintain WPT to support program schedule awareness and reporting.
  • Maintain UNSAT and CN trackers, ensuring issues are documented and up to date.
  • Coordinate vendor on site services, including scheduling, logistics, and interface with TG personnel.
  • Coordinate EB personnel site visits, managing access, scheduling, and required documentation.
  • Prepare and issue the Manager’s Book on the defined periodic cycle.
  • Maintain action item registers and coordinate follow ups with responsible owners.
  • Prepare weekly status summaries highlighting schedule health, open program items, and vendor activity.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and support program meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and action tracking.
  • Manage shared repositories, ensuring consistency, correct file structures, and version control.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits, reviews, or major program engagements.
  • Coordinate shipments, site logistics, and access requests related to vendor work or EB travel.
  • Support engineering package preparation by assembling drawings, history files, prior dispositions, and reference material.
  • Track deliverable due dates and provide proactive reminders to responsible personnel.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-10 years of experience relevant to the job description - vendor support, administration, programmatic support

Preferred

  • Active security clearance
  • Prior Navy, turbine, or technical operations experience

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple administrative workflows.
  • Ability to interface professionally with vendors, engineers, and program leadership.
  • Familiarity with EB processes, trackers, and configuration/documentation requirements is beneficial.
